Refund Policy

Refund terms for SpeakToScore

Effective date: April 7, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how SpeakToScore, operated by Lear Labs Private Limited, handles one-time purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests for the SpeakToScore platform.

1. Refund Window

We offer a 7 calendar day refund window from the date of the original purchase. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period will generally not be eligible unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Purchases

This Refund Policy may apply to eligible one-time purchases and subscription payments made through SpeakToScore. Eligibility depends on the timing of the request, your use of the service, and whether the request falls within the stated refund window.

3. Subscription Billing and Renewal

Some plans renew automatically based on the billing terms shown at checkout. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

You are responsible for managing cancellation before the next renewal date if you do not want your subscription to renew.

4. No Partial Refunds After a Billing Cycle Begins

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not provide partial, prorated, or usage-based refunds once a billing cycle has started, once a renewal has been processed, or once a purchase has been substantially used.

This means that if you stop using the service during an active paid period, you generally will not receive a partial refund for unused time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the refund window, contact speaktoscore@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase, the date of purchase, and a short explanation of the request.

We may ask for additional transaction details to verify the payment and review eligibility.

6. Refund Review and Processing

If a refund is approved, access to the associated paid features or plan may be removed. Refund timing may depend on your payment method, financial institution, and applicable processor timelines.

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse

We may deny a refund request where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, made in bad faith, or connected to misuse of the platform, including attempts to bypass plan limits or share access in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

If a user initiates improper chargebacks or abusive refund activity, we may suspend or terminate access to SpeakToScore to the extent permitted by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
